Physiotherapy and Exercise

Bridges Community Health Centre offers free physiotherapy services to residents who do not have third-party health insurance.
The program aims to offer one-on-one service to treat physical conditions that would benefit from physiotherapy and instruct clients on how to incorporate physical exercises they can eventually do at home independently. You can refer yourself or be referred by a doctor or nurse practitioner using this form, Physiotherapy Program Intake Form.

Exercise classes at both the Fort Erie and Port Colborne locations are open to the entire community to promote cardiovascular health, strength, and improve stability. If you are interested in attending one of the exercise classes, in addition to registering for the class of your choice, the below forms are required for participation:
