Health811 is a free, secure and confidential service Ontarians can call or access online 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive health advice from qualified health professionals, such as registered nurses, locate local health services and find trusted health information. Ontarians can call 811, chat live online or access resources online at Ontario.ca/health811.
REACH NIAGARA MOBILE HEALTH CLINIC
REACH Niagara, funded by TELUS health, has a fully-equipped van with state of the art equipment that moves from community to community to provide care. The mobile clinic is focused on reaching people who are experiencing homelessness , who do not have a primary care provider, or who cannot see their primary care provider.

1:00-2:00 p.m. at the Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre, 796 Buffalo Rd.

Port Colborne every Wednesday from 1:00-4:00 p.m. operating from Port Cares' Reach Out Centre, 61 Nickel St.

VIRTUAL URGENT CARE
Access urgent care without leaving home.
Niagara residents who need urgent care can make an appointment to see a Niagara Health nurse practitioner or doctor from the comfort of their home. The new Niagara virtual urgent care service provides convenient and safe treatment through secure video for non-emergency injuries or illnesses like nausea, infections, and minor COVID-19 symptoms.
Same day appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is this service is right for you?
This service is for patients who have a medical issue that isn’t life-threatening and who do not have a primary care provider or cannot make an appointment with their family doctor or other primary care provider. To make an appointment, visit UrgentCareOntario.ca.
ONTARIO SENIORS DENTAL CARE PROGRAM
You may be eligible for the program if you:
· are 65 years of age or older;
· are a resident of Ontario;
· as of August 1, 2021 have an annual net income of $25,000 or less for a single person, or a combined annual net income of $41,500 or less for a couple;
(line 236 on an income tax form)
· have no other dental benefits.
